It will be possible to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before arrival without penalty, instead of 72 hours as in other portals.

However, in the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged.

At the time of check in, the balance of the reservation will be paid in cash or by credit card, while the tourist tax must be paid only in cash, and access codes will be assigned. 

ONLINE CHECK-IN

For late check-ins, the reservation must be paid in advance and a copy of the identity documents of all the occupants of the room must be sent.

Access codes will then be sent by whatsapp or email.
